I again tested performance of the new 2017.2.1 release on the laptop with Intel GMA 3000 with this FG setup :
- terrasync disabled, low resolution scenery v1.0 manualy downloaded and installed
- standard render (not Rembrandt, no ALS)
- ALS off
- all shaders off
- scenery objects ON
- vegetation density Medium
- no 3D clouds, precipitations etc.
And obtained 12-15 fps for B777 - perfectly flyable
Fly high, fly fast - fly Concorde !

If I remember correctly, You have laptop with Intel GMA 4500 HD (or 4000 HD ? I'm not absolutly sure). My latest tests was on laptop with Intel GMA 3000 and that graphic card is lower specifications than Your !!! And on Linux with crappy OpenSource driver !!! Did You understand ?

I do not know if this is a bug or not but the autopilot turns the plane from side to side rapidly to stay on course. It gets scary when you are trying to speed up the flight on 4x or even 8x:

I think this is a bug, but it gets really annoying when I need to deal with it.

It is a 3000. And you has also Nvidia. I do not have it. This is the reason. Please, stop! My laptop as we talk early is bad than yours. You have Nvidia card also. Witch means that you are eligible for Phux. This is the reason. Also .you have more RAM than me and a better processor. Could you please stop suggest staff I already do? If you were watch my videos in FG you will see that I am running with minimal conditions on the game. So, please stop advice me how to play this game, I play this game from 2014! I know how to play it!

It is from the simulation options. When you make the sim run faster than usual the GPU is going nuts. So that's why the plane goes sideways. Do not increase the time. The plane will go smoothly if you properly check the fuel. And the payload. If the payload is low than you should increase it.

PavlinS :
Where in the quoted post is reference to Nvidia ??? Where is reference on many RAM in the PC ??? Where is reference on quadcore CPU ??? I see only laptop with Intel GMA 3000. Am I blind or silly ?

BTW, My first flight with FG was late in 2006, release 0.9.x, when Concorde had ugly light blue dasboard

On page two. We compare our computers. I told you laready that I do all this staff. So, I do not understand why you gave again the same advice? Okay, You are using FG before me. In the years that you start using it I was sick fronm cancer and spend the time into the hospital. I do not have a computer than even! I do not know that plane means even. So, what's the point? I do not understand, what is the point to continue talking that you are better than me? Obviasly you are older, And you do not live in Bulgaria, where that kind of things are bad for listening and do not interest enyone?

I'm not writing about post on page two, but about my latest tests with 2017.2.1 on lowend hardware, probably not as powerfull as Your. Please check, what are You writing and don't waste my time !!!
Bye.

Sorry, I just read this whole thread, and I fail to see how any of these are bugs.

Understood.

I got a used laptop from eBay for 300USD, and it runs FGFS really well.

So maybe that is a good choice?

Kind Regards
