how to reset aircraft settings

really need to know how to reset any aircraft settings to default. Rudder, elevator etc.
I hit a wrong key and now the default Cessna is in a constant right turn.

Win7 64bit,
gtx 560 Ti

Number 5 on the top row of the keyboard centres all the trims, try that.

5 on the number pad, too...

@erik, that might be... my numlock stays on so the keypad always operates as a numerical keypad... when i don't use my joystick, i use the number pad... i do also use the editing buttons over the inverted T...
