Postby MTB777 » Mon Oct 29, 2012 11:10 am

I have a mac and, and when ever i press the delete button, the hdg comes up instead of activating the thrust reverses, which is what i want to happen. Maybe im just pressing the wrong button or something but your help would be much appreciated, thanks.

You have to press "fn" button and then "delete" button.

for clarification: FN and DEL at the same time or press FN, let it go and then then press DEL?

something else to think about is the keyboard language selection... some have problems with certain keys when not using english... something to do with key mappings in the OS...

The key to use for reverse thrust is aircraft dependant. Some aircrafts uses different keys than delete, be mindful of that.

Wkitty42, I am using the British input language option.

Necolatis, all the aircraft that I fly in do not respond to delete.

ok, AFAIK, you are not seeing the trouble i mentioned... the next step is for you to verify the craft's basic keys which is generally seen via the "GUI->Help->Aircraft keys" link or the "?" key... hopefully those craft you fly have updated this display file as necessary...
