Why TF does the A/P disconnect for no reason every 2-3 mins and for a while I cannot re-engage it? this is constantly happening and it's becomig unflyable...

It can disconnect for a lot of reasons - but usually because you're using the aircraft incorrectly.

Common causes:
  • Overspeeding
  • Applying flight control input
  • Angle of attack protection active
  • Pressing Shift-D
  • Pressing the AP button on the FCU

I would guess that you are applying flight control input, which is tripping the autopilot.
