The aircraft has to have code to automatically reset you at a seaport if available at the ICAO you have selected. It is typically visualized in the GUI that this option is available. I did the code for the J3Cub and the c172p so I know they have it. In those aircraft if you start on a runway that also has a seaport associated with it you can open the menu and select "go to seaport now" or the option to "go to seaport on startup" if seaport is available at that airport. Or in the case of the J3Cub or c172p you can start on a hard runway with the amphibious variant and then fly to any water source and land on it.
The bottom line is that the aircraft has to contain special code to transport you to a seaport, if available, and that code is tied to a text file that has data base of all the available seaports.
I don't know if the Cessna 208B has that custom code or not.
