Enable virtual cockpit/allow toggle cockpit on all aircraft

Is there a command line control to enable

<PropertyList>
<sim>
<virtual-cockpit>true</virtual-cockpit>
<allow-toggle-cockpit>true</allow-toggle-cockpit>

on all aircraft without having to add the above on every aircraft set file

tried

--enable-virtual-cockpit
--enable-allow-toggle-cockpit

this is causes a warning at start up
