Boeing 777-300 Help

Hi, I am flying the Boeing 777-300. Every time I use the spoilers/airbrakes, they seem to glitch. The only raise on the left side and I am unable to raise the other side. Also, I am unable to lower them for some reason. I am using the keyboard shortcuts J and K. Anyone know how they work or the button in the cockpit for controlling them? Thanks.
