I have two HDMI monitors, how can I display FG on both screens?

The link TheEagle provided looks good. I have 3 HDMI monitors running FG. I could not get the single window/multiple camera setup to work without significant distortion on the left and right monitors.

Something you may want to consider is If you use multiple windows, the only window that will accept mouse input is the window set as the "gui" window. Mine is set to the center window.

Edit: The multiple window setup is almost like X-Plane multiple windows, except X-Plane allows mouse input from all windows.
