idle at 40%

I am quite new to FlightGear, i have the thrustmaster TCA Sidestick and Throttle quadrant. But from about 0% to 40/45% it remains idle. Which is well,,, Crap, i increase a lot of throttle with the smallest bump. Which is very annoying. And i also dont know how to correctly map reverse thrust.

Some extra details:
Using intel hd graphics now that my gaming laptop is getting fixed.
i am using the newest flightgear version (2020.3.13)
And i am using windows 10.

Please, next time you experience this problem, open the Property Browser (Menu -> Debugging -> Property Browser, or press / (Shift + 7)), in there click on controls/, then on engines, then on engine, and see if the throttle property changes when you move your throttle quadrant levers in the non-working range.

Launch the aircraft, then select Menu -> File -> Joystick Configuration
At the bottom of that pop-up window should be a section with your main flight controls, like aileron, elevator, rudder and throttle with the values.
The throttle value should show 0.000 at idle, and 1.000 at full throttle, with a smooth transition as you move the throttle. Does it?
