Throttle stuck at 0.5

Hi,
When I'm in the joystick configuration, my throttle controll is always stuck at around 0.5. I have a logitech extreme 3d pro joystick, but I don't think the problem is my joystick, because even when i unplug my joystick it's stuck at around 0.5. In the simulation itself the throttle stays at around half thrust. I also restarted the simulator but it doesn't do anything. Does someone know how to fix it?

Some questions to try to locate what might be going wrong:

• What plane are you trying to fly?
• How have you tried to adjust the controls? I presume the controls did not move although you tried to adjust it?
• Unplug the Extreme 3D Pro and open the joystick dialog again. Is there some fake joystick shown in there?

I have a similar problem since moving to a new computer running Windows 11. Joystick is Saitek Cyborg Graphite auto assigned with throttle on axis 2. Range of throttle level is -1.00 to +1.00 with 0.00 at midpoint. Same code version and joystick on old computer running Windows 10 works fine. Now at current stable release 2020.3.13. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Super. Any suggestions?
