I'm very sure that sidestick will be fully compatible with FG.
There is little possibility that thottle quadrant will need some calibration for detent synchronization with A320family throttle settings for IDLE, CLB, FLEX etc. positions.

For FG, I do not know, probably yes. FG is very configurable and there is software AntiMicro for mapping joystick axis and buttons to the keyboard.
For commercial sims and payware A320 planes yes with very high probability, for example FSLabs announced cooperation with Thrustmaster. I'm waiting for full Thrustmaster set containing sidestick, thottle quadrant, flaps and speedbrake addons.
I used Thrustmaster Hotas X with FG, worked flawlessly.

thank you very much can you give me the link of that AntiMicro (if it's freeware)
I heard that TCA was t16000m and FG was t16000 compatible

For AntiMicro, try this :
https://sourceforge.net/projects/antimicro.mirror/

I used it under Linux, for me, perfect solution, I didn't need fiddle with xml coding or other ugly things.

That mostly depends on how you configure the throttle and buttons. Depending on how the aircraft author implemented the animations of the engine switches those might be easy or complicated.

Unless someone who has the hardware in question responds and / or does the necessary work to make it compatible, if necessary, there is no guarantee it will or won't work.

Hi, I just bought TCA Airbus edition (stick only, without levers etc.). I am using win7. After proper installation of drivers, I can check the game controller in win7 menu. Everything alright. After running FG, recognizes the stick and in joystick menu. I am able to assign buttons and axis. But... inflight the experience is weird. Very strong banking (or rolling) to the right and also strong pitch aiming up (you can steer it with the stick, but even after trimming, new and new deviations occur). Also, assigned buttons change their assignments once in a while. I tried reinstall (stick drivers), reinstall FG, plug-unplug stick, restart PC etc. No effect. I have not found any XML file with the TCA Airbus description. There are many differences when compared to other TM joysticks - throttle slider has "button" feature at the min. value, stick does not have the Nr.3 button etc. Maybe this is the reason of weird functioning? Thanks for any advice

That it seem to change over time is indeed weird, in particular button assignments. I guess axis could possibly drift a bit if the deadband is too narrow and there is autotrim in the aircraft's flight control system (FCS).

You could have a try at customizing your of joystick configuration file. Create a basic configuration using the Main Menu > File > Joystick Configuration dialog and open the file at the path shown under the combo box in a text editor (for example for example Notepad++). There is a lot you can do, and there is documentation available on the wiki. In particular I think the Bindings article (permalink) will be of use when editing the file.

Another thing worth mentioning is that the file name is not really relevant for FlightGear when figuring out which configuration file to use, but rather the name reported by the device, which should match one of the strings between the <name> tags in the configuration file. If I FlightGear do not find a matching string in any of the configuration files the default configuration will be used.

Did You calibrated the stick in Windows ? If not, it should be a reason for weird behaviour...
