Saitek Pro Flight Yoke - Throttle Glitching - Please help!

Hello all,
Fairly new to all this, I need some help please. As you can see in the video my throttle is glitchy. https://youtu.be/ZMh9oNnVtDw Has anyone else had this problem before and know a fix? It is like this on the new Microsoft Flight Sim and X-Plane 11

How old is your throttle? After a few years, it can be necessary to clean the pot meters. There are tutorials on Youtube to do that.
