does flighgear need other compulsory input hardware for playing execpt key word and mouse?plz answer...

No. All you need is a keyboard.

Keyboard and Mouse enables you to operate all flying controls, change view positions etc. Perfectly fine to fly using them if you don't wish to buy a joystick.
It is best to make sure "autocoordination" is selected, mainly because keyboard control of rudder is too aggressive to accurately fly planes in normal flight. Without it normal turns will be inaccurate and it will be very difficult to align your approach to landing! :wink:
