Hi Dave,
Thought you didn't do Windows. Shall I tell Klaus not to bother.

Edit, this would be good news for all those who have said they have the Radio Stack collecting dust.

This just in from Klaus. Anyone with with Saitek like to try it out for Windows:
Robert,

I compiled a the original version for Windows with the Cygwin
environment. You can download this version from

https://geminisoftware.de/tmp/SaitekRadioPanel.zip

This file contains the exe and a Cygwin1.dll which must be in the same
directory where the SaitekRadioPanel.exe will be saved.

There is one important difference to the original file from Dave: this
version scans not the usb port for the panel, instead the device name
must be provided during the start of the exe. Example: SaitekRadioPanel
devicename

I don't know what the device name is. May be that Dave has this information.

A better method of connecting Radio Panel from Klaus:

I compiled another version of SaitekRadioPanel based on the hidapi library. This file does not need any device information because the SAITEK_VENDOR_ID and SAITEK_RADIO_DEVICE_ID are already hardcoded. This should be sufficent using the hidapi. You can download the exe and the hidapi.dll from

New Version 3/8
https://geminisoftware.de/tmp/SaitekRadioPanel.zip

Please someone try it.

Edit: I have downloaded the software and though I don't as yet have the radio panel when I open it I get a message saying the is no Saitek Radio Stack plugin. So clearly is trying to connect.

Edit: Things are still ongoing. I would have deleted this post but the instructions telling you how to delete don't.
