AI Improvements

* Parking with point beyond parking so aircraft don't stop early / squint

* Better approach routes (wait pattern), but more work needed

* PerformanceDB now has a parameter "brake-deceleration-kts-hour" this enables STOL vs. airliner braking. Previously it was set to 2 kts/s, but the new default of 20 kts/s is a better value.

Any complaints welcome

It's nice to see someone working on this again.

I have been constantly working on it for the last year or so. It’s just a momentous task.

i can attest to that "momentous task" aspect... i spent quite a long time (6+ months) wading through logging i had added to the AI code so i could try to understand the flow and see exactly what data was being used... i still wasn't able to see and log everything and i ended up losing it all when i had to move my development to another machine and didn't move the proper repository over... when i realized, it was too late, and i just didn't feel like going back in to add all that logging and do the reformatting i had been doing along the way... then there was having to figure out how to get the actual data the pointers were pointing to instead of just logging the pointer and well... ugh...
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

I now log all the internal data to a csv and have debugger to see the tracks and all the vectors. Might release it but windows only. It’s electron so can be built for Linux
