no... the AI trafficmanager is fairly simplistic and currently gets the craft to X speed and then lifts off when the craft is Y feet down the runway... there is ongoing work to understand and debug the trafficmanager and AI code... OneDaySoon<tm> the AI will (hopefully) use the information in the performance database to calculate things like this and be more realistic...
