Flightgear-Airports Weld/Link Nodes Function

Postby jtprophet » Tue Mar 16, 2021 3:21 am

Good evening,

Can someone please explain how this function works? I assumed it allowed clicking on 2 nodes and then selecting the tool which would connect them but this is not happening. Ultimately I need to know how to select two nodes and connect them together without being on top of one another? Is there a manual somewhere that explains it in more detail? Thank-you.

You are welcome to write a manual. You’ll get due credit.
The weld function is based on a single node. It takes the selection and welds it to the nearest node using the same behaviour as when drawing.
