I have re installed 2017.3.1 and it does not show the problem so hopefully this is only related to the 2017.4 nightly build.

Hmmm. TEXTRANSLATE Issue seems corrected in the last nightly build. Happy Days !

Same for me, my new custom scenery works fine with FG version 2016.3.1 to 2017.2.1, but has some problem in building night textures using FG 2017.3.1.
Known bug?

no idea without more information... "has some problem" doesn't really compute...
