thank you, sir...
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

Hi,

a first-time contributor here. i've created a traffic file for Eurowings EWG. Although it's not complete i'd like to submit it for review and submission to Git.
Currently it contains ~1000 flights, mostly within Germany but also to Paris, London, Vienna and Palma.
At the same time, the traffic file for Germanwings - GWI.xml should be removed. Eurowings has taken over operations of this airline.

Eurowings Liveries for the A319 and A330 are missing. For that reason i defined the A320 model for all there A319 aircraft.
Further i've commented about half their fleet which are reported as'parked'.

Bye, Stefan

Hi Stefan,

Please post a download link to your EWG file so I can have a look.
I will remove Germanwings from FGData over the weekend

Cheers

File reviewed (20% of flights). Looks clean, good job!. No other issue found aside from missing flight type.

I would recommend you add a space between "Eurowings" and flight number in the <callsign> tag so users using the voice synthesis in ATC sound configurations can actually hear proper identification.

You can remove the unused aircrafts from your file (currently commented out); There is a good chance the entire fleet will have been heavily revamped by the time we get the next traffic file update merged.

Please updated accordingly, add credits, timetable period and remapping details in file header (see other files in use) and send me a new link. I will push to GIT over the week end.

Thanks for your collaboration

Cheers
Ian

Hi Ian,

i've reworked the traffic file as requested and added more connections.
The updated file is at https://pastebin.com/RT0NfHkh
I've also modified the groundnet for EDDS, adding/moving airlineCodes only. AI a/c spawn at more reasonable positions now.
The groundnet is at https://pastebin.com/sA3AeAjt

The diff to the one Terrasync provides is:
