Small update to Groundweb. It has now moved to the cloud. It should be much more stable.
You can post your groundnets on http://groundweb.azurewebsites.net/. The result is comitted to https://github.com/terrasync/main.git

Thank you for this nice improvement for getting a groundnet into FlightGear. Your Qgis cloud website is also very helpful when searching for airports that need a new or better groundnet. It is much appreciated. Thank your for these contributions to the FG community!
