What FG version to install? HELP please.

Hi!
I have a Macbook Pro 13 inch Mid 2010
Processor 2,4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory 16 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB
OS High Sierra 10.13.6

I can find a version of FG I can run smoothly on my computer.
I tried the 3.5 but it freezes even when I uncheck features (as I read on the Wiki help page)
I tried to install one other older version but I got the message that it couldn't be installed on my Mac because of the OS version.

Can anyone tell me what version can I use and where to download it?

with IMAC middle 2010 and OS 10.6.8 (snow leopard) I use old FG 2.6 and work :

Thanks bioscz! I used to do it like that but now with High Sierra it does not work.
