What does "unable to launch" mean ? Do you click on the desktop icon and nothing happens ?

no, it throws the message window that OS can't check this program for malware so it won't launch it.

Right click on flightgear and click open, it will ask u if ur sure u want rto open, then click yes

that URL is 404... is it marked private maybe?
in any case, you should find some option somewhere that allows you to tell your OS to run the FG application... probably some advanced clicky link in those boxes you are seeing when it refuses to run the app...
