you cannot link locally hosted image files... you need to upload them to a site like imgur and then link the *picture* not the page...

as far as why you have two icons to launch FG with, we don't know... there's not enough information given...

what you could do, though, is to check them and see if they really are identical... you can find them in your ~/Desktop directory or possibly in your ~/.local/share/applications directory... they are plain ASCII text files that you can look at with any text editor... it may be that the command lines are different or maybe you have two distinct installations...
