2018.2.1 is now available for testing and release...

a. i use kubuntu 14.04.5 but newer versions are supported...

b. if you are looking for the newest available FG for *buntu, you'll want to use saiarcot895's PPA... they have packages for 14.04, 16.04, 17.10 and 18.04... there's also daily and prerelease groups available...

"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

I'm not maintaining the prerelease PPA anymore, so only daily and stable PPAs are available.
