If this is for me, it's the picture host I've always used for the past 4 years, so it's probably on your end of things.

All I'm seeing is this:

Perhaps you could check your url, as this might have copied a yahoo email or something, given what I'm seeing as I write this?

Thanks for the settings - they worked well ;)

(no problem about the offtopic, as it is related to your screenshot mostly!!)

Appreciate your kind feedback. Keep wanting to return and make further improvements, probably best to resist, otherwise the piece of artwork will never be completed, like a painter knowing when to put brushes down and call it 'finished'. :-)

Thank you for the information, and PM, reply sent.
Great to hear settings were helpful!

Thanks for reporting the server's back up.

I am the owner of said Discord server above. It's currently private due to avoiding a high amount of spam traffic, and will go public as soon as able to compensate for that. It's a server that really focuses on photorealism. I feel quite certain that people searching for "Blender discord server" will end up with it flooded, but I could be wrong. I have been using Blender since 2014 and enjoy more than one medium of art. It is semi-public as the link can also be found in the FlightGear Discord server as well.

My first FlightGear flight - May 23, 2018 - Cessna 172, quick circuit then landing.
My 1st FG screenshot. Image was slightly cropped to remove tabs across the screen's top.

Still learning shot posting, hope this is okay.

Welcome to Flightgear
A really nice screenshot for a first one!
over time you'll learn how to use all the graphical features of the simulator and take even better screenshots

Thank you, lomar, for your encouragement. Appreciated... though, truth be told, I've been capturing flight simulation screenshots since you were 3 years old. Had not planned on capturing one yesterday during my first FG flight though everything just came together on final... VASI, Sun, landscape, airport, runway alignment... so the simulator was paused, and ~presto~ the moment was captured for posterity, an "out the windshield" sort of shot.

And thank you, legoboyvdip, for the favorable remark as well. It would appear that I've just made it in time into this month's mix. Fine screenshots here for the month, a lot of talented sim pilots we have. Glad to be a part of this. This old man needs his therapeutic hobby. After over 3 decades of MSFSs, it's clear to me that the right flight simulator has been chosen for my "golden years". Love the simulated flight physics, a refreshing breath of air to me.

It occurs to me that a thread about how all of our FlightGear forum screennames came into being *could* be interesting. 8)

Don't worry, I did not forget. But unfortunately I may be unable to start the poll until Monday for reasons beyond my control. If someone else could start it that would be good, if not, I hope you will understand ;)
