New, nicely-edited series! ("Nicely Edited" is the theme for this season of DorDek Kiddy, seemingly!)

This will be the layout of most of my future videos during this period. Hope everyone likes it!
There are free alternatives to (almost) every program you encounter. You just have to find them.

Today, I flew a CRJ700 from Aberdeen to Vagar (Faroe Islands). There's something quite terrifyingly satisfying about slotting your plane into the airfield between several thousand foot high cliffs!
Having written off several A320s here, I think I may need to stick to something slightly smaller... :lol:

Wow, great flying. I have to try this approach, looks terriffic. Try Calvi RWY36 circle to land - it's fun in the CRJ.

@hardba11

If that aircraft shadow object gets some transparency, it could be drawn semi-transparent. Usually these blocky shadows happen if the renderer gets fed an object with no initial transparency and the GPU refuses to change to the transparent rendering branch when the alpha is only set inside the shader.

When interested in the Faeroe islands, you might want to try the custom scenery I created a while ago: https://gitlab.com/decho/Faeroe :)

I performed short flight around Vagar on A320. Flight started OK in flyable weather condition. But at approach, Mother Nature was against me - snow storm, I hardly seen the tips of my wings and as special bonus very strong wind from front-left. With some miracle landed in one piece, touchdown was with 45 degree drift angle. I'm sure, without fly by wire that flight ends with horrible crash. This place is very hot candidate for WCA tour , probably on end of the april or begin of the may.

@Thorsten
I will do some tests on 3d shadow which should be semi-transparent ;)

@Johan G
I worked on moves of the pilot model (accelerations, G forces and head turning).
No changes on views when we are in the first person ;)

cheers !
