FlightGear photography and art contest

Postby MSA-S23 » Mon Nov 02, 2015 11:18 am

Welcome to the FlightGear photography and art contest: most artistically edited and compelling pictures made from FG screenshots!

This is like the Screenshot of the Month, but it's for post-processed pictures.

One screenshot per person please! Voting begins December 20th. Get your screenshots in before it's too late.

Rules:
1. 15 entries (because a poll can only have 15 options) but if it is wanted, I will create another poll and there will be 30 entries allowed.
2. Only one entry per person to give everyone a fair chance of submitting a screenshot.
3. You may enter one extra for somebody else. This person of course can submit their own candidate.
4. Please convert to jpg from png (plenty of converters online).
5. Has to be taken with FlightGear with a non-ai airplane somewhere in it unless it is a pure-scenery or AI screenshot.
6. Every entry should have a caption.

Candidates:

@MSA-S23, your image isn't showing up (for me)

My entry: Midnight Sun on the Lofoten, taken from Vaeroy:

Your Message from SJ:

You must meet the Hand at Alpha Centauri and get the granular jet.

Your mother was attacked by left field and boggles the virus.

Buck Rogers controls the frog.

You must meet Peter Jackson at the Hotel California and get the best boat.

Dave Letterman boggles the high cummerbund.

You must meet Mr. Spock at Wall Street and get the amiable chainsaw.

The sex toy from SJ Games will go to Israel.

The atomic jukebox is dancing.

Johnny-B-Gud betrays the stoned typewriter and the indictable power drill.

Message from FG:

Meet some shady guy at 29GIM let the MAKOS to El Capitan MSA-523 at Echo's Paralel universe D.

Did you take that photo? No. Technically, that picture should not be allowed.

No I didn't shot the photo that I used 3 times on this composition, however the render is mine and the composition match that The atomic jukebox is dancing.

No problem for me if you consider that is out the category. Just having fun is enough.

i've got google and i can't see them, either... they're probably not shared as public or the link is to the private side of the poster...
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."
