Found this MCDU emulator. It seems complete.

It seems, they could also use a little help from the FlightGear community:

So we are now asking any enthusiastic volunteers who would like to see this project reach its full potential to assist with developing the project. It is really easy to help and you don't need to be a programmer to do it!

You can help us by adding new airports, waypoints, routes etc. If you can spare just one hour to help with that, even if you only add one line of data, it will go a long way towards getting this project up in the air :)

But their main project seems to be writing an MCDU book: http://mcdu.equicom.net/blog20160224.php

Not sure how active the whole thing actually is, but the website implies that development of the MCDU has stalled - if that's really the case, they might be interested in contributing the html/javascript code back to FlightGear so that it can be reused using the built-in mongoose/Phi frontend that Torsten came up with.
