I am not sure if this will help, but it will give you a clean environment to work in if you have Windows 10 Professional and Hyper-V installed you can get a fully licensed Win 10 Pro development environment VM for VMWare, Hyper-V, VirtualBox, Parallels, the link is https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/w ... l-machines , I just found this yesterday.

The nightly has many dll files in it.

Download nightly. Install nightly. Look into the installation bin folder.

GLEW is part of OpenGL.
