HSC Runö - a small ferry built in 2012 to service Pärnu-Ruhnu route.
Built by Baltic Workboats (Nasva, Estonia). Owned by the Estonian government, operated by Saaremaa Laevakompanii.
Capacity: 60 passengers and 2 cars, length 24m, top speed 25 kts (model can reach about 26 kts max).
The name Runö is the name of Ruhnu island in Swedish.

Bridge, cabin are furnished (control panel layout is made for FG so will differ greatly from the real-life ship). Ramp operable (though I guess it is not yet worth to carry vehicles with it - no multiplayer-collision-model was implemented).
MP features not yet here.
Dynamics is perhaps not really realistic (haven't got any real-life boating experience myself).

2 engines, bow thrusters installed.
Throttle is controlled by q/w (up for left/right engine) and a/s (down). Q/W/A/S pulls throttle all the way up/down (in other words, Full forward or full reverse). e/r to bring a corresponding engine to Neutral.

No gear operations is simulated. Propellers take some time to gain full RPM, however. Though the delay is pretty short, it may still be a problem (when you switch from full forward to full reverse, for example, propeller must come to full stop first, then all the way back. Also the delay should be kept in mind when steering by engines).
Rudder gets effective only as RPM and your speed increases. Bow thruster, on the other hand, is pretty useless at velocities higher than 5 kts. Keep that in mind.
So, if you want to slow down the vessel from high speed, be aware that for some time your rudder will be ineffective.

See in-game Aircraft help for keys and additional info.
Any questions or feedback appreciated.
Good luck and have fun!

Any problems with download/launch?
Did it work properly? It is interesting whether everything is fine on v3.4 as well - I could test it only with 2.8...

Just select 'Initial positions' somewhere on water when you run FG. Or once you have started FG, you may go to Location->Position in air and enter coodrinates from there. You may get coordinates from Google Maps - just right mouse-click on a desired spot and choose 'What's here'.

As for Estonia, if you have my scenery installed, you might try next positions:
--lon=23.27050588 --lat=57.78075358 --heading=165 Sends you to Ruhnu harbor quay, where this ship goes in real life. Though you should be careful as exiting or entering the harbour might be tricky because of all the watercrafts moored.
--lon=24.73765833 --lat=59.45394722 --heading=165 Puts you in Lennusadam territory in Tallinn. This ship does not operate from there in real life, but anyway why not. Just a few stationary watercrafts in there, so moving in and out should not be hard. And Tallinn looks pretty nice from the sea. You might as well travel to Aegna or Naissaar islands from there.

There will be more harbors in Estonia in the future, and hopefully I will find a way to make the ship dockable some day.

Have fun!
