Amphibious tutorials for Cessna 172

Postby swaugh » Fri Dec 23, 2022 3:29 am

Hi there,

I'm new to this forum and have just purchased Flightgear (having figured out to create a new post yet!)

I'm having issues with Amphibious tutorials (for cessna 172) as the are not working. Plane starts on the tarmac.

Anyone that could help would be great

Cheers

...where have you purchased FlightGear?

Also, which version of FlightGear do you have (include the 2020)?
There are free alternatives to (almost) every program you encounter. You just have to find them.

It's not against the rules to purchase flightgear infact don't we allow it to happen by using a licence that allows commercial selling of flightgear as opposed to a licence that doesn't ?

Flightgear is free, but we can not stop people selling copies.
The latest version is available on-line via the web site https://www.flightgear.org/download/

We do need to know what version to really help. I created the amphibious tutorials and I believe there is one that starts on the tarmac and either ends in the water or does a complete circuit. Then there should also be the opposite.

Can you describe which tutorial you are having issues with and exactly what the issue is?
