In order to help you, we need to know a lot of information. Make sure to include answers to at least the following questions in your initial post.

- what OS (Windows Xp/Vista, Mac etc.) are you running?
- what FlightGear version do you use?
- what graphics card do you have?
- does the problem occur with any aircraft, at any airport?
- where did you download your aircraft/scenery from?
- is there any output printed to the console (black window)?
- copy&paste your commandline (tick the "Show commandline box on the last page of FGRun or the "Others" section on the Mac launcher).

Please report any bugs not specific to an aircraft on the issue tracker.
To run FlightGear on old computers with bad OpenGL support, please take a look at this wiki article.

Note: If you did not get a reponse, even after 7 days, you may want to check out the FlightGear mailing lists to ask your question there.

Hi everybody,
does anybody know what happened to http://mpmap03.flightgear.org/ MP-server?
I very much preferred this one over http://mpmap02.flightgear.org/ because I like the looks better and I do not have to allow Google to my script-blocker.
Since some weeks http://mpmap03.flightgear.org/ shows me "{429} mpmap03.flightgear.org Rate Limit Exceeded".

Greetings!

I seem to remember there is a limit on how much mpmap 3 is allowed to use those map tiles.
Think its month based, so try again next month. :)

@Necolatis:
Nice idea, unfortunately the site does not work since February, so already two months down :(

@all:
Is the owner of that server not in this forum? Has the service been stopped?
Am I actually the only one who had still been using this? :shock:

It should be back online.

I moved hosting from from the free cloudno.de hosting plan to my private AWS stack I am running. for another project.
I will monitor it's usage and reserve the right to shut it down any time if it blows my budget.

Until then: enjoy and I am glad you like it ;-)

FWIW: if anybody is interested, it now runs in a Docker swarm environment. Sourcecode and docker configs are available at https://gitlab.com/t3r/mpmap
flightgear.org - where development happens.

Does not work yet, but maybe that's a DynDNS not yet updated issue?!
I will try again tomorrow!
