In order to help you, we need to know a lot of information. Make sure to include answers to at least the following questions in your initial post.

- what OS (Windows Xp/Vista, Mac etc.) are you running?
- what FlightGear version do you use?
- what graphics card do you have?
- does the problem occur with any aircraft, at any airport?
- where did you download your aircraft/scenery from?
- is there any output printed to the console (black window)?
- copy&paste your commandline (tick the "Show commandline box on the last page of FGRun or the "Others" section on the Mac launcher).

Please report any bugs not specific to an aircraft on the issue tracker.

you need to be more clear about what you are trying to do... AFAIK JSBSim does not do anything with a joystick... it is a physics simulator specific to flight dynamics modeling...
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

thanks dear for your response!
Let me clear my question
I want to set the properties for controlling the plane through joystick and i am unable to do it
Where i can set these properties?

As i saw this in reference manual of jsbsim

Yet, the joystick control input is usually in a range from –1 to +1. The following
component definition takes joystick inputs from –1 to +1 and maps them to ±50.
<aerosurface_scale name="fcs/pitch_command">
<input> fcs/pitch-cmd-norm </input>
<range>
<min> -50 </min>
<max> 50 </max>
</range>
</aerosurface_scale >

I think the joystick inputs are:

fcs/elevator-cmd-norm
fcs/aileron-cmd-norm
fcs/rudder-cmd-norm

Where you output them depends on how your FCS is setup.

Typically something like: (for rudder)

fcs/rudder-pos-norm
fcs/rudder-pos-deg
fcs/rudder-pos-rad
