NVIDIA 3D SETUP

Postby JJF » Sun Oct 09, 2016 6:08 pm

Hi

I've just found Flight Gear and am very impressed with a first look, but am having trouble getting it to run in 3D. I have an NVIDIA Geforce 960 and an AMD 6350 running Windows 8.1 64 bit. The 3D setup works with other programs and there's an option to set it up for Flight Gear,, but on starting the program the stereoscopic view options line under View is greyed out. I've looked on the forum but don't understand the technical descriptions. Can anyone give me a straightforward solution, please?

Thanks

Are you using Rembrandt?

3D view is only supported in ALS and Normal.
There are free alternatives to (almost) every program you encounter. You just have to find them.
