Do i check the real weather fetch at the launch menu?
Every time i try to click the rain/snow meter thingy in the global weather menu it doesnt let me drag it or anything. AND i cant click on the cloud layers option too... its all greyed out... ahhhhhhggghhh

i use macbook pro
FG 2.4

Im not a very technical guy wen it comes to flightgear, so please speak in simple english hahaha

Thanks soooo much

PS: how can i get rid of the annoying white headlight cone things pointing off an aircraft??

Hmm. Seems I can't seem to remember exactly how to do it. I'll have to fiddle around with it, and get back to you.

Set METAR Source to "disabled" in the Global Weather dialog and check the precipitation box in the View > Rendering Options dialog.

Enable precipitation in view > rendering and fly in a region where there is rain occuring if using live weather. Otherwise, I believe scenario 'stormy monday' has rain.
