Hello hello! We’re the new comer penguin logistics express!

Postby Anna Tiffany » Tue Aug 02, 2022 3:32 pm

Hello everyone, I am here to introduce our new cargo focused virtual airlines—Penguin logistics express VA. We take our name from a famous organization in Arknights the game you’ll definitely know it if u are a gamer. But first things first we’re just a regular cargo carrier and will never get into "gang wars" with criminal mobs like our ground team do ,or maybe ? lol. (We’re not affiliated with real life FedEx or Arknights developer Hypergraph/Yorstar)
Well well well, time for some formal introductions. To make it clear,we’re just another virtual FedEx ,Memphis based and have been flying on Vatsim for quite a while, our route network also includes some FedEx contractors like Empire ,Morningstar,Mountain air cargo, corporate air in Hawaii …..you name it. We encourage VA flights on all multiplayer platforms including Vatsim, ivao, sinofsx,CFR and of course Flightgear Multiplayer servers! Our website here https://pglava.wordpress.com/ As you can see the site is largely unfinished. We encourage our members to fly real life routes with real life call signs and same type of aircraft as published on flightaware route analyzer ,But we do not impose strict rules, just feel free to fly whatever the way you like! As for the livery, stick to FedEx but we will definitely publish some our own later on.
On Vatsim flights,we add a “Operated by penguin logistics express VA “ remark ,however due to some conflicts and other reasons , it is not encouraged but allowed to enter PRC airspace with our remark on Vatsim flights and do not fly to and from PRC airports so the guangzhou based FedEx Asia operations can not be simulated on Vatsim by us,as a member you can fly to and from other parts of the country like Hongkong and Taiwan/ROC on Vatsim. but you can fly to any destination on platforms other than Vatsim ,no other restrictions imposed. We’re not avoiding PRC the region but just vatprc the organization ,no political reasons at all.
Considering the difficulty of navdata updates for most Flightgear users and absence of payware aircrafts ,we encourage VOR/DME old school style navigation ,and fly Flightgear high quality aircrafts .For example: 757/767/md-11-still 757/767/md-11,These aircrafts are modelled very well in Flightgear! ATR-we have an ATR but I think still WIP, you can replace with for example B1900D,Do-328. A300-we have one but has lots of improvement potential, replace with A330 or Boeing 707. Cessna 208-we have a nice one by epilot,in case you don’t like it as some of our members do,Replace with C210,DHC-6,even C172/182
Welcome to join us and meet you up in the air!
