Project LX

LXnav (https://gliding.lxnav.com) is providing quite high-end gliding moving maps and gliding computers.

This project's ambition is to simulate these, starting with the LX9050 in the Silent2Electro (FGAddon) as a testbed.

Main goals:
*Provide the main functions (moving map, gliding computer, navigation)
*Be framerate friendly! Gliding is about the outside world, not fiddling with electronics. The instrument should be an aid without disturbing the experience much.
*Be adoptable the canvas display should be at adoptable to all LX products

Progress: erm.. none yet :D 3D-model for the LX9050 is done (avail in the silent2electro).
I will start and work into the FG1000 to use its structure as a base, I think the VFR/openaip charts that can already be shown in the canvas map are a good start for the background layer.
