Discussion of aircraft textures and liveries

Very nice! Uploaded in 10 seconds or so!
I'll see if I can order them per-aircraft, but first I've got another exam this afternoon ;)

Image
This one is created in a higher resolution (more tiles), and looks much better IMO. Of course that is also thanks to the ca. 100 extra thumbs I received in the meantime!

Gijs,

Some of the liveries do not have download links (for me anyway). Do you already know about this, or if I gave you a list could you fix it?

Cheers!

I am aware of that. Mostly it is due to me not finding the time to upload them, or I knew they existed, but never got a download...
I plan to check all of it next week's weekend.

Is anybody getting the thumbnails in the database for the last 4 Twin Otters I uploaded, or is it just me they don't work for.

That also applies to thumbnails apparently. Will fix them.

If you're using Windows Vista, it may be this bug: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/934376/en-us.. "CoreFTP Lite" uses its own libraries and seems to work on machines that exhibit the bug. Also, have you tried enabling PASV mode? :)

Today we welcomed the 500th livery! And yesterday Brett uploaded his 200th livery!
Amazing what a small group of people can do in little over three months!

Thanks a lot for all the hard work that anyone put into it!

Found some time to implement a new feature.
See for yourself: http://liveries.flightgear.org/liveries ... =2&page=19
Bugs and other feedback reports are welcome :)

As you can see, this is a great stimulant to send me missing thumbnails! Also see http://liveries.flightgear.org/liveries ... bnails.php

Ah, that brought me to a nice idea. I'll add this new option to the Aircraft, Airline and Author pages as well :D

A small suggestion, which can be neglected. The pages start from zero which might seem odd to people who have not touched code. (And seen the light?)

Having thumbnails is a *great* idea! 8)

Ooh, I like this :D
One small suggestion, would it be possible to have a copy of the Limit/Display/Page selector at the bottom of the page :?:
This is just to save wear and tear on my mouse having to scroll back up to go to the next page

Finally fixed the sorting&page issue on the liveries page. Please report any issues.
@Gooneybird, I will add bottom-pagination after dinner ;)
