Yo painters!

In case some of you missed it, the Smithsonian has pulled all copyright on 2.8 million images.

and a bunch of NAA Aviation drawings are saved and being catalogued / archived

The aircraft drawings sadly are behind a paywall, though the fee is not as high as for example those of international standards. :|

On the other hand, scanning, processing, administrating and keeping the database available have running costs, and the drawings are not limited to just North American Aviation aircraft.
