That's correct - as a matter of fact, the Canvas element implementing support for raster images already supports a mode where a URL can be specified to dynamically retrieve arbitrary images at runtime:

Besides, there also is proof-of-concept code covering how to use a Canvas and apply it as a livery:

An other thing I've been meaning to do is go back and make the Frontier Airline liveries white like they really are instead of that gray color... I'm also tempted to add blotches of dirt on them because I have yet to see a clean Frontier Airlines airplane in person. Yesterday, one flew by my house that was so dirty, it was disgusting... :|

A little update: For those who haven't noticed, I went through both the Frontier Airlines A319 and jetBlue A320 liveries and fixed some issues with them. I also got bored the other day and made dirty versions for all the Frontier Airlines A319 liveries. You can find them at https://github.com/omega13a/A320Family- ... l-Liveries

I also just finished making jetBlue's highrise tail livery: https://github.com/FGMEMBERS/A320Family ... c6aa4a0592
I made it because I was photographing planes going by my house and saw one and realized I didn't make that one yet.
