@everyone here

Remember, that the 3d model of the A320 will be changed, and that the textures will be upscaled aswell, this means that all the current liveries will not work anymore. I would strongly advise to stop creating them, and wait for the 3d model and texture upscaling to be done. The same goes for the A330 liveries.

Right. To make it fully clear:

ALL A320 and A330 liveries on the IDG-A32X and IDG-A33X will be DELETED next year Q2 (tentative). We will then implement the upscaling and change the 3D model, after which new liveries can be made (with a livery system, but more info on that later). Now, please stop making liveries, as it is a complete waste of time. And yes, this has been said earlier. For any questions, please contact me.

All variants of the aircraft need to be re-uvmapped, so again I must continue to stress:

PLEASE DO NOT CREATE ANY LIVERIES

You will be wasting your time, because after the new UVmap is done, the texture will be upscaled alot. When this happens, EVERY SINGLE LIVERY will be removed FOREVER! This is why we warned and are continuing to warn about this.

I've been forced to remove certain liveries which look weird with the new nose.

It is possible to modify some liveries to make them work, but you have no guidelines on how to do so. I've put these in a "BROKEN" folder for now, but when the new UVmap/upscale comes, they will be DELETED!

I hope you can understand.

We have not yet upscaled the plane, so please do not make any liveries yet. First aircraft to be upscaled will be the A330, but thats not done yet either.

Yup.

I spoke earlier with Thorsten H earlier today who confirmed he did re-UVmap the nose, but somehow the export from blender or something cause it to revert. We are checking it out, have your patience!

Looking very good, I'll add the pylon and wing texture (when ready) to the repo soon. I will wait with adding the livery, as we are currently doing the A33X upscaling first, and we are unsure yet what resolution the A32X one will be.

The upscaling is postponed for now, so feel free to create making liveries and submitting pull requests. It will happen before V1.0, so the liveries will be wiped out by then. There will be advance notice when this happens.
