FlightGear crashes when I click "Fly"

Postby LuftHans » Mon Jun 10, 2019 11:32 am

I have recently been having a problem with FlightGear: when I click "Fly" on the starting page, it closes and a Command Prompt window with some text opens for a short time, and then also closes. I don't know what it is trying to tell me, as it vanishes before I can even read a word :( .
This might be a coincidence, but: it started doing this after I turned off multiplayer and changed the time in the Settings.
I am using this on a Windows 10 desktop PC.

what does the fgfs.log file show?
maybe add --log-level=debug to your command line in the icon you click and then look at the fgfs.log?
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

I'm sorry, but where can I find the fgfs.log file?
