Launcher too Large for Display

Postby Ron Swerdfeger » Tue Dec 12, 2017 8:03 pm

After installing FG 3.1 the Launcher/Startup Screen is too large to fit my Display Monitor. Cannot see the bottom 1/3 of the Launcher/Startup Screen, Add-ons and Fly icons not visible.

I'm using Windows 10 ver.1607 and my Display Monitor is a 42" HDMI. Windows by default in System/Display Setting sets the "Size of text, apps and other items" to 150% Recommended. The only way to see the entire Launcher/Startup Screen is put this setting to 100%
(I prefer to have it set to 175% as I can sit far away from monitor and fly and still read text in menus)

This was never an issue with FG 2.1 or 1.2. Just thought I'd report it for your investigation or is there a fix for this?

Hi Ron,
I've seen this mentioned on the list, so it will likely be fixed in 2018.1.
