you appear to have onedrive linked to your documents directory... you really really really do not want to do that... certainly not where FG is involved...
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

yes, it is possible but i do not know which FG directories are placed in the Documents directory on windows... i've asked on the developers' mailing list what the proper options would be to do this... let's see what they say, ok? i'll forward their response(s) back here if/when any are made...

Hi, I use win10.
Don't put anything in Documents.
Follow this path: /user/name/flightegear/downloads/.
and there you put everything:
Create the Downloads folder if you don't have it.

I didn't put anything in Documents, these files are created by game, and i think onedrive is not the problem. I just checked and FlightGear folders in documents are empty. Turning off onedrive before instaling game don't helps too.

onedrive is (part of) the problem... we've seen it too often... i'm still waiting to see if there are any responses from the mailing list...

i have not seen anything so far...

why not try turning off onedrive and seeing if FG then runs properly?

oh, i missed that... i'm guessing that you kept onedrive off after the install and FG still failed to run?

have you made sure you have the latest drivers installed for your video card?

have you tried the latest release? 2020.3.11?

i've posted this to the mainling list again... this time in its own thread...

ok... do this, please... in the launcher, click on the three dots at the very top left above the Summary... in there, click on "View Command Line"... in there, click on "Copy to clipboard"... then paste it in a reply here... put the paste in code tags like this...
Code: Select all
paste here
