@KIWI34 (and daweed/J Maverick 16), is that fine for you?

You know that there's a FGUK FlightNight on that date an' on that hour, so my only answer is: it depends.
But, on October 10th, Gary Brown planned an all Russian event with obviously Russian planes. I'm not keen in flying those aircrafts so for me doin' ATC on that date would be fine.
What I need is the custom layout which is nearly ready (need someone for converting the apt.dat file) and routes on OpenRadar, which I dunno how to do. ;)

Sorry JMav, but IAHM cannot make 10 Oct. So, will 17ths suit you at all?

Fine for me.

@J Maverick 16 - do send me the apt.dat per e-mail, I'll generate the scenery in a few days.

What do you mean? You said you'd be Center.
Or do you mean pilots not needed?

That hour should be fine, if zulu is refered as UTC time ;) . Mind that I'll be there some minutes before (maybe around 19:30 UTC), to get everything ready. Cannot stay over 21:15 UTC BTW.

I'll see what will be planned on that week: if they are going to plan something where I had no scenery, count me in ;) .

Do you mind if I share with you the GDrive folder I've got in common with IAHM-COL? It simplifies things a lot for me, so you can also see some other projects I'm working on ;) Will add some lines in the README file of things I told via PM to IH-COL about the layout etc.
Thanks a lot for your availability in helping me ;) .
Regards, Maverick

PS: Currently downloading FG 3.4 on my Win 7 PC (the one where I have 2.10) on the other partition of the hard disk.
EDIT: Doesn't work. :(

Switzerland: official, up-to-date charts available from Eurocontrol (free registration required). If you don't want to register, VACC-SAG has an old version.

elgaton, you linked to VATSIM Germany page, the page for Switzerland is http://www.vacc.ch/en/airports_and_charts and they have charts from 2014/2015.

EDIT: Also, would you note in that post that I've taken the LSGG route file. Though I'm not sure anyone looking for it will find that post. We should have made two separate threads for the spring and autumn festival and posted everything important in the first post.

Updated, thanks!

Regarding the separate threads, I agree - the Spring and Autumn editions were not "splitted" because, at the time the original thread was made, it wasn't planned to hold two editions per year - there were still some related discussions in place. The decision was made only in December. For now, I'm updating the first post of this thread - the splitting will, of course, be done for the next editions.

I've finished putting the LOWW STARs and transition to final procedures in the OpenRadar file (still need to add instrument approaches, STARs and ground markings/taxiway names).

I'm done with the RNAV STARs, should I make the non-RNAV too? Because they're not flyable with Route manager alone anyway (not all of them).

@simbambim, yes they should be.
Like, at Gatwick, in the routemanager I do DET/278/31 (AFAIK, that is the first WPT).
And it works!
