@Luffleine,
sorry to come back about this only now,
again, in mountain, there is no MISSED APPROACH, this just does not exist.
Anyone can read on the respective LFHU (L'Alpe D'Huez), LFKX (MERIBEL). LFLJ (COURCHEVEL) VAC maps,
1. there is no path for MISS APP
but you have instead:
2. PREFERENTIAL EMERGENCY LDG AERA (specified with a QDR (heading to get there and distance) + possible precisions )
MERIBEL

COURCHEVEL

Reasons for this are:
main reason:
- The airspace is not design to handle MISSAPs
other strong reasons:
- SAR in mountain are crazy complicated, crashing in defined place allow to pre install SARs in vicinity...
Aerodromes are often to small to have proper SARs facilities and ACFTs use to crash further ...
So,
the right procedure is:
- Insure ?
- Do a RWY overflight as noted on the VAC Map,
- New Integration,
- Minimum Speed "+ a notch",
- Ascertain your landing.
This is why flying in mountain is so "lovely" and need a special license...
Woosh
