Great, Marius! Maybe it is possible to integrate it into FGAddon?

There are currently improvements on this aircraft going on and you might have noticed, that versions of next and 2020.3 are no merged (Thanks, Erik!)
There are still a lot of things to do for example system integration. So in case anyone develops passion for this aircraft and is willing to takeover maintenance - doors are wide open!

If current maintainers want to use my work they are more than welcome. Changes (from memory):
- converted GPL logo to png,
- converted incorrect RGB color profiles,
- modified paths in .ac to correctly reference textures,
- added files which were externally referenced,
- reused Pilot model in place of a missing Instructor model,
- some more tweaks.
I would suggest to run a diff between my version and the base one from fgaddon to see what was changed.

EDIT:
- corrected flaps indicator animation, zip is updated. It is a one line change in one file, so can be applied by hand instead of downloading the whole zip again. In file: Models > Cockpit > Instruments > Flaps > Flaps.xml, in line 25, change factor value to 80.

Enjoy your evening! If you like we can do a C182/Nimitz Test on the weekend.

Sorry you can't make it Beni, we'll do our best to take lots of screen grabs - they might have to be on the ground for me because as Niels says, things do happen fast in the T6...

Looking forward to tonight's event and hope to welcome back those who joined the events over xmas and new year. If you're reading this and you're new to the Wednesday evening event, check out the weekly event post on the event thread https://forum.flightgear.org/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=39213&p=397248#p397248 and come along and join in.

A nice challenging event, thank you Niels. And you think we're ready for carrier landings next week, do you?

That was good fun!

A bit of a change to our usual scenerio, but the improvements in landings over the evening was notable.

Yeah, you will be doing fine on the carrier. Otherwise SAR is on standby.

Thank you for sharing the screens!
The plane looks awesome :)

No time for flying on weekends, for the foreseeable future (like the rememberable past :D)

(Don't wonder about my graphics, I turned off ALS for this event because such fast aircraft I can't fly with that constant stuttering)

If you look very, very closely you might be able to spot Ysop disappearing behind my menu bar:

Go around !!

Ysop on final, Volador waiting for runway clearance:

After three or four patterns (with two FDM crashes  ) I got frustrated and tried an air to air refuelling in the F-15 with someone in a 707-TT - that did not end good (for him):

I'm looking forward to carrier operations ! :)

You sucked all of his fuel out?!?
May I suggest a more aptly named plane for this next time? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/De_Havilland_Vampire 8)

No, I didn't get any fuel because he killed his engines (did something wrong with the compressors I think) before I came close enough ! :(

FDM invalid only on the ground or after replay? Just asking as I wasn't experiencing this on my machine. When being off track, it was more related to flying skills..

Thanks for the pics? Especially for the one from the overhead break!
