That was a nice flight (aside from my real life issues).
The Twin Otter is a nice plane, but i really have to get used to it more.

Didn't take some shots this time :)
(pun intended :D)

I think I counted 9 pilots this evening - thank you all for taking part, nice to fly with you. Keep the ideas coming and have a go at planning a short trip we can all enjoy.

There are many images, but I tried to scale them down, so they do not weigh much. Let me know if it was too many.

Impressive sim setup. Is the whole thing on a moving platform?

Good afternoon, I started this one long time ago :

Goal was to keep it cheap and home made as much as possible.
The making:

recent upgrade : top screen, manual trim wheel, fuel system and pumps left right engine air vaccum system.

Moving platform should be great .... but expensive... ( I did some study about it but the cost of full size platform is too high :-)

My next move will be an upgrade to 2020.4.0 to enjoy photoscenery.

Good plan! Barra is a cool location! DHC-6 territory.
We might have to check the tide in the pre-planning.

i was coming over to mention this about the tide :)
if everyone is using an up-to-date FG, there may very well be tidal flow there... it will be interesting to see...
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."
