December 20th, 2010:
I think I've exhausted myself with the F-5E Tiger II and I am now gonna go back to my original project of the Cirrus Vision SF50. I learned so much from tweaking things on the F-5E Tiger and I hope you guys are able to further develop it more in the near future. In the final version, I changed the chrome texture of the nozzle and nozzleneck, now it looks a little more realistic than just the previous solid black chrome effect, and I added a better texture for the Ninja. I also added the exhaust plume, quite difficult to see but you can see that something is there. The exhaust gas is really visible when you fly through the clouds, it's not that great, it's great to see that the engines are on, but I tried to keep it very minimal.
I am content with the F-5E, although the cockpit can use some work. If you have questions in regards of how to fly the darn thing, well, please PM me and I'll be glad to send you a video tutorial. That's it for me on the F-5E Tiger II. Thanks for your attention. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/16442048/F-5ETigerII.zip
BTW, if you want to shut off engines press : shift + q , to restart the engines (there are two stages), try either : shif + s or shift +q, either one, keep trying one or the other if the engine doesn't start up. If all else fails, wait for a minute or two and try it again.

With Prestes (aka isix) and Alexis (A-10 parts) permission, I am now officially releasing another update of the F5E Tiger II.
***With the help of Buckaroo, I am now able to open the F5e.ac in Blender, giving me a little more freedom to do what I want. Since the last update, there have been several major changes, this includes an additional fictional F-5E model called the Ninja, smoke, animated wheels, revised autopilot, and some minor changes in the textures. I am currently working on better highlights for the Ninja and always seeking to improve the cockpit, which is lacking the most on this plane at the moment, but luckily there's a cool HUD. Melchior also helped out with the HUD syntax and so now we have blinking warning signs. Yay~!
Here is the final update link:

***If there are any issues with this plane, please let me know ASAP and I will try to get a fix for it. If you know how to create a script for the radar and would like to contribute, please feel free to. In FG 1.9.1, the nozzles are highlighted, you can disable the shaders for the nozzles in the F5e.xml file in the models folder. I use FOV 88, please feel free to adjust to your optimization.
