Water shader

An exciting "new" option in FlightGear, that includes reflections, lightmaps, the particle system etc.. A lot is yet to be discovered/implemented!

I added an attribution to the vertex and the fragment shader :
Code: Select all
// This shader is mostly an adaptation of the shader found at
//  http://www.bonzaisoftware.com/water_tut.html and its glsl conversion
//  available at http://forum.bonzaisoftware.com/viewthread.php?tid=10
//  © Michael Horsch - 2005

By the way, thank you for the fix

Thank you Tim and Fred. Of course it is polite to give attribution to the coders, my comments in GLSL just broke the shader code here and didn’t know where to put this lines, that’s all :oops: . But anyway please change this notice to

Code: Select all
//  This shader is an adaptation of water shaders found at
//  http://www.bonzaisoftware.com/water_tut.html and its glsl conversion by mars999, © 2005 Michael Horsch
//  Other parts are an adaption from dangerdeep at http://dangerdeep.sourceforge.net/, © Thorsten Jordan

btw. where do I add copyright notice for my textures in flightgear?

Thanks, gral
